Used in aromatherapy, massage, or even baths, these powerful plant extracts can support relaxation and soothe the mind.

In today’s fast paced life, everyone experiences stress at some point. Due to this everyone is searching for natural way to reduce or end their stress and relax their body and mind. Its antiseptic properties help in relaxing the muscles.Simply take few drops of lavender oil in diffuser bottle or half water filled spray bottle and sprinkle or diffuse at your space to feel its soothing and relaxing effects. Or add few drops in your bath water. Add 10 drops to your diffuser bottle and diffuse thrice in a day.  Or for better sleep just sprinkle few drops on your pillow case. 

Spearmint oil, smells like chlorophyll chewing gum, it is also known by the name Hollywood mint. due to its digestive, sedative, anti-fungal properties. Spearmint oil gives you the feeling of calm makes your mind clear. Also helps you in respiratory issues like blocked nose, bronchitis. 

Chamomile oil, extract from flowers of chamomile plant from centuries used to reduce stress, anxiety, it contains apigenin compound which helps to brain in reducing stress. It can improve your mood. Diffuser: add 10-20 drops in diffuser bottle then diffuse in your space.Massage: mix some drops of chamomile oil with carrier oil to massage on temple points or neck wherever you feel load stress. To promote sleep and feeling of calm add few drops to your warm bath soak.

Bergamot oil, valued or used for its mood lifting properties, it promotes the sense of calmness and reduce stress tension, it has ability to relax highly stressed person by reducing cortisol level which is linked with stress. Skin application: mix 4-5 drops of bergamot oil with carrier oil like jojoba oil then apply on temple points, wrist and neck. Add few drops on cotton ball or on tissue then inhale when you feel anxiety. 

Ylang ylang oil, extract from cananga odorata valued for calming effects on body and mind, used as alternate medicine to reduce stress. it helps in reduce heart rate, and promotes the sense of well-being.

Mix few drops to your diffuser bottle and enjoy its scent in your space to relax your body and mind. Aroma bath, add some drops of ylang ylang oil to your  warm bath after a long hectic day. For instant relief add 4-5 drops on cotton ball then take a deep breath. 

Frankincense oil, extract from resin of boswellia tree, due to its calming and grounding effects it has been used from centuries. It balances the emotions, reduce feelings of anxiety promotes feeling of relaxation. Add few drops of frankincense oil in diffuser water bottle Add 4-5 drops on cotton ball and take a deep breath.  Add 10 drops of frankincense to your hot water tub and soak for 30 minutes to allow it to work.  

Orange oil, extract from rind of oranges due to its uplifting aroma it is used from centuries to reduce anxiety, it helps in reduce pulse rate, it can calm the nerves with its soothing effects. Aroma diffuser, to enjoy it’s refreshing scent add 4-5 drops of orange oil to your diffuser and create a stress-free atmosphere. Dilute some drops of orange oil with coconut or jojoba carrier oil to massage your wrist or temple points.Or add some drops to your bath tub to enjoy refreshing and calming experience.

Clary sage, well known for its balancing properties, reduce blood pressure, promote emotional balance. It is extract from clary plant and gives you feeling of calm. Mix 15-20 drops of clary sage oil to diffuser to inhale 15-20 minutes. For skin application to apply on wrists add clary sage oil with carrier oil in the ratio of 1:4. 

Vetiver oil, comes from roots of vetiveria zizanioides which is also called oil of tranquil which promotes the feeling of relaxation to reduce anxiety stress. In stressful situation grounding scent of vetiver oil helps you feel centered.Add 4-5 drops along any of your choice’s essential oil in diffuser bottle. Simply apply few drops of vetiver oil on your wrist, temple points to enjoy peaceful meditation and achieve instant relief from thoughts.  Or add some drops to tissue or cotton ball to get instant relief. 

Cedar wood oil, comes from wood of cedar tree ,its calming and warm scent used in aroma session to promotes the feeling of relax ,its soothing effects reduce the eye movement during sleeping time ,it can improve mental function. Use as bath soak for relaxing feel, add few drops to your bath water tub. Mix cedar wood oil with carrier oil like coconut oil apply on bottom of your feet, wrist and temple points.Fill your space with calming effects by add few drops of cedar wood oil to your diffuser bottle.
